'GMB @ NEAS' - Make work better!

As the country's leading Trade Union, we continue to raise concerns around staffing levels, workload pressures, and the impact these are having on both staff wellbeing and patient care to both NEAS, and the national NHS management teams.

As members of GMB @ NEAS, your feedback, reports, and input from the frontline, PTS, and support services are essential in strengthening our case, and we encourage all members to keep sharing their experiences with branch representatives.

We are actively engaging with management to push for meaningful improvements, including safer staffing ratios, fairer shift patterns during staff consultations, better staff engagement for vehicle designs, and many more areas. These discussions are ongoing, and we will provide further updates as progress is made.

We try and support all staff to the best of our ability, and if you are experiencing workplace issues, or require representation, please complete the 'Request for Union Representative at Formal meeting form - https://forms.cloud.microsoft/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=DQSIkWdsW0yxEjajBLZtrQAAAAAAAAAAAAO__q1DtX1UOE9CRFJCU05LQVcwUkxZSjlFNTNKSTNSVy4u, or contact your local GMB representative as soon as possible (see 'Meet the Team' section above)

We encourage members to attend upcoming branch meetings, where you will be able to stay informed with local issues, have your voice heard, help shape our collective priorities, and you have a say in how you want us to build the branch.

Thank you for your continued professionalism, resilience, and solidarity as members of GMB @ NEAS
