BACKGROUND
Many GMB members in the NHS and Ambulance Services say the Coronavirus Pandemic has had a serious impact on their mental health. As your Union, we want to understand the effect of the most recent lockdown and restrictions on our members. You may have been asked some of these questions before and there are also some new Long Covid specific questions. Your answers will help us to understand change over time and make the case for better support. You will recieve a survey which is totally confidential. Your manager will not know if you have completed it. GMB will use the results to hold employers and the Government to account. The more people that complete the survey, the stronger our evidence will become. So please do consider sharing this survey with other members working in health.
